How analysis fits in
Writing mapping collects; AI analysis interprets. On its own, a typing record is a volume of text nobody reads. With analysis on, it becomes an alert: the AI looks, in what was written, for the terms the company registered as watched.

How to configure it
- 1Turn on Writing mapping (keylogger) in the device's Settings tab.
- 2Turn on AI analysis in the same block.
- 3Register the watched words in Settings › Global Security.
What to register as a watched word
- Names of confidential projects and internal codes.
- Terms tied to customer data, such as contract numbers.
- Words associated with risk: résumé sent, competitor proposal, credential.
Avoid registering terms that capture personal life — health, religion, political views. Beyond the legal risk, they flood the dashboard with alerts nobody will act on.

- Do I have to read the records to find a problem?
- That is not the point. The idea is that you look at the infractions list and only open a record when there is an alert with context.
- Does it work in any language?
- Analysis covers the languages used in the team's daily work. Register watched words in the language they would actually be typed in.
