What it is
A record of what was typed on company devices during the shift. It serves two purposes: measuring work volume and spotting attempts to leak information.
Limits
- The feature is optional and off by default.
- When enabled, it applies only to company devices.
- Collection respects the configured shift window.
- Password fields are discarded at the source, inside the agent itself.
- Enabling it is written to the audit trail, with who turned it on and when.
Before enabling
This is the feature with the biggest impact on the privacy of the people doing the work. Only enable it with the policy communicated to the team and the legal basis recorded — and restrict access to the record to a small group.
Where it shows up
The record appears on the device page, within the period queried, alongside the other evidence from that shift. Like every sensitive data point on the platform, whoever consults it is logged.
