The two models

| Fixed monthly | Fixed salary contracts, when what matters is the resulting cost per hour. |
The calculation starts from the hours recorded by the device, multiplied by the configured rate. The currency is picked on the same screen, among real, dollar and euro.
How to configure it
- 1Open the device and go to the Compensation tab.
- 2Choose between Per hour and Fixed monthly.
- 3Enter the amount and select the currency.
- 4In Calculation rules, define which hour type counts and how overtime is treated.
What the screen shows afterwards
- Estimated · month — the accumulated cost of the current month.
- Cost per hour — the effective hourly value, most useful in the fixed model.
The figure is a management estimate based on the hours measured by the agent. It does not replace the time record required by labour law.
Frequently asked questions
- Are the hours counted the ones the machine was on?
- The calculation uses real activity hours, measured by keyboard and mouse events, not plain powered-on time. The counting rules live in the tab itself.
