What Vigilioo is not
It is not an antivirus, and it does not replace one. It is not a remote access tool for operating someone else's machine. And it collects nothing beyond what the company's own policy authorises.
Being transparent with the team
The agent can run visible or in hidden mode — that is the company's call. Either way, the recommendation is to communicate the monitoring policy to the team: that is what supports the legal basis for processing under LGPD and GDPR.

- Do I need my own server?
- No. The platform is hosted by Vigilioo; on your side there is only the agent installed on the devices.
- Does it work with a team in other countries?
- Yes. The agent opens the connection from inside the device, so all it needs is internet access. Controls follow the data protection law in force in each region.
